About this author

Born in Chicago, and briefly in Albuquerque, Leigh Stein currently lives in Brooklyn, NY, where she teaches musical theatre and poetry to children. Her first novel, The Fallback Plan, and full-length poetry collection, Dispatch from the Future, were released from Melville House in 2012. She has been writing about her life on the Internet since 1999, and is currently working on a non-fiction project about grief and digital mourning.
