review of ReVamped (Void City, Book 2):
"Revamped, and it's prequeal, Staked, were very entertaining. Male protagonists, which is less common in the paranormal genre. And this male is such a screw up with a good heart, it's hard NOT to root for him. He's not a perfect hero, which is refr...more "

Kara's
review of Staked (Void City, Book 1):
"This was fantastic first novel. Quite humourous actually. Eric with the convenient amnesia and temper to boot, really gave the story a bold entrance to the vampire scene. I await the publication of the sequel. "

review of Staked (Void City, Book 1):
"Highly recommended! If you enjoy the Buffyverse, you'll enjoy the world of Eric in STAKED. This is a great first novel, and I look forward to the second one (out in March '09, I believe). "

Another great read, man! I enjoyed this one almost as much as the first. We got a lot of questions answered and although I didn't like reading from Tabitha's POV, I think it was necessary because at the end, you got to see Eric through her eyes and understand more about her and why she decided to take the vamp route.Hope there is a part 3!!
I finished it today! I loved this book! It was a great story and I loved the point of views of both Tabitha, a new vampire, and Eric, a very flawed character that I rooted for anyway. I pretty much realized there would be a sequel considering how you left the book open at the end. And can I say the ending was brilliant? I can't wait to pick up the sequel. Great job, once again!
Yup. Pocket has made an offer on a sequel and I've turned in the initial draft. I'm so glad to hear that you're enjoying the book!
Best,
Jeremy
