A native Northern Californian who moved to San Diego in 1984 and worked in libraries for over 25 years. Ended up as a tourist unable to leave New Orleans during Hurricane Katrina and was trapped in the Superdome. The ordeal is described in my 2008 book, Diary From the Dome: Reflections on Fear and Privilege During Katrina.
Now making my home in the paradise town of Eureka Springs, Arkansas.
