About this author

I've moved all my life so I'm not really from anywhere. My portfolio currently consists of two suspense/thriller novels, eleven completed screenplays, two documentary films, an animated short and a graphic novel in the works.

I was a 2001 Finalist and 2004 Semi-Finalist for the prestigious Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences Nicholl Fellowship. I've had a project invited to the 2005 Sundance Institute Producers Conference, and have placed in a variety of writing competitions, including the Austin Film Festival, PAGE International, FADE IN Awards, Cynosure Screenwriting and Scriptapalooza.

I recently produced and directed two documentary films.

Hey Carrie,

Very nice interview and thank you very much for the plug. I still owe you a book review, and I have not forgotten that. It's on my desktop, and I won't pick up another book until I finish with yours.

Hope things are good on your end. I'm still plugging away on the second novel I'm writing, but I did get a great review from the Seattle Post Intelligencer last week, and basically it rocked. I'd like to get the novel published, not just an e-book, so I'm hoping enough reviews build that I can get a Literary Agent to take a chance. But so far, the response has been very positive, and I'm pushing through the next one.

Thanks again for the nod, and I will get you a review, I swear.

My best,

Sean
