Born Susan Carol Cute in 1952, Susan Coppula obtained a Degree in English with complementary studies in History in the University of Indiana. Since 1986, Susan has published books under three different pseudonyms: Susan Carroll, Susan Coppula, andSerena Richards



I seldom read books set in Colonial America, but I was thoroughly hooked by The Heretic's Daughter by Kathleen Kent. Like so many people, I have always been fascinated by that dark period in American history, The Salem Witch trials. Although this is a work of fiction, it is based on the author's own family history.
