Quick notice - I'm evacuated because of Hurricane Ike, so it may be a while before I get around to responding to friend requests and other things. I will try, but it's tough when borrowing computers, etc. We are told our house on Galveston Island has come through okay, but until WE set eyes on it, it's hard to be sure. Oh, you're from Galveston! Did you get much damage? I'm from around Dallas, but I've spent a lot of time in Galveston on vacations. We're planning on going to Dickens on the Strand this year, to help support the rebuilding.
