I capture each character, great or small, in a short story. These ‘character studies’ never make it into the book, but they help me keep each character’s voice clear and distinct.
By the time Tyger Tyger, Teagan Wylltson’s story, takes place, Ida Mac Cumhaill is an old, old woman. But she wasn’t always that way. This is Ida’s story.
