Candie will be pursuing her Masters in Theological Studies from Samford University in January,2009. Candie's husband, Rev. Arthur Price, Jr., is the pastor of the historic Sixteenth Street Baptist Church in Birmingham, AL (a pivitol Civil Rights icon where 4 girls were killed in 1963)where they reside with their two teen aged daughters.
