When not scribbling, Lisa Mantchev can be found on the beach, up a tree, making jam,or repairing things with her trusty glue gun. Her short fiction has appeared in venues like Clarkesworld, Weird Tales, Fantasy Magazine and Strange Horizons. Her YA fantasy trilogy, The Théâtre Illuminata, will be published by Feiwel & Friends with Book One, Eyes Like Stars, released in 2009. OH I am so excited about the bookplates!!!!!!!!! I am going to start your book this weekend!!! I can't wait. I am so very lucky that my husband loves to read too, because if not, he wouldn't be very happy with me lately. I swear he hasn't seen my face in a while, it's been buried in book after book!!!!
