I finished "The Last Olympian" today and I am finding myself as excited for "The Red Pyramid" as I was for "Catching Fire" by Suzanne Collins. And that's a lot!
I'm excited for the red pyramid. will it have the prophecy that the percy jackson series concluded? probably not. Greek and egyptian mythology didn't tie in too much. I mean, with the story of Io, it did but other than that, no.

oh, yeah...I'm a totaly mythological nerd - especially greek though. but I think that sooner or later, he will make another camp half-blood series because of the "seven children..." prophecy. but I can't wait for Red Pyramid!!!

um. dont wanna b on the negative side, but wat if the movie isnt as good as the book? i mean, all the harry pottre movies r retarded, u have 2 admit. and the guy whos directing the lightning thief is the same guy who directed harry potter. no offense 2 hp movie luvrs but the movies r like 10x worse than the books, which r rly good. hope it doesnt turn out the sam way 4 this!! * crossing fingers *

Way to be negative. I for one, like the Harry Potter movies, and the books, and if the movie is not so great than oh well, I can laugh at it!! I am still pumped to see the movie though.
