Bunco For Breast Cancer ®
Did you know that one in eight women is likely to develop breast cancer in her lifetime? There are eight women featured in my newest book, It's Not Your Mother's Bridge Club, which is the story of a group of women who gather monthly to play the dice game bunko. Over the course of one year, they go from being gossipy and self-centered, ultimately learning how to support one another. Although the mother of one of the characters died of breast cancer, none of the women of the Snake Eyes Dice Club has suffered this fate. At least not yet. And if I write I sequel, I’d like to keep it this way.
