As a social media consultant and copy editor, C.G.Koens works with individuals and corporations to ensure their core messages are clearly communicated to the intended audience, whether that's on a website, through the medium of social media, in a book, blog, newsletter, or e-book.

She holds a B.S. in English, Public Relations, and Journalism from East Tennessee State University, and has a broad range of experience in project management, oversight, organization, editing, book publishing and promotion, and cross-cultural communication.

She loves to read, travel, eat, and edit - sometimes in that order, sometimes she mixes it up.

PERSONAL: C.G.Koens is a "recovering" INTJ, happily married to a fellow INTJ (they're rare birds). Coffee snob, goat

C.G.Koens liked a quote
The Root of the Righteous by A.W. Tozer
“Any faith that does not command the one who holds it is not a real belief; it is a pseudo belief only. And it might shock some of us profoundly if we were brought suddenly face to face with our beliefs and forced to test them in the fires of practical living.

Many of us Christians have become extremely skillful in arranging our lives so as to admit the truth
of Christianity without being embarrassed by its implications.”
A.W. Tozer

Jim Elliot

Jane Austen
“Life seems but a quick succession of busy nothings.”
Jane Austen, Mansfield Park

Friendship ... is born at the moment when one man says to another What! You
“Friendship ... is born at the moment when one man says to another "What! You too? I thought that no one but myself . . .”
C.S. Lewis, The Four Loves

William Nicholson
“I pray because I can't help myself. I pray because I'm helpless. I pray because the need flows out of me all the time- waking and sleeping. It doesn't change God- it changes me.”
William Nicholson, Shadowlands

Ravi Zacharias
“What you applaud you encourage, but beware what you celebrate...”
Ravi Zacharias
