About this author

Jason Irwin is the author of Watering the Dead (Pavement Saw Press, 2008), winner of the Transcontinental Poetry Award, and the chapbooks Where You Are (Night Ballet Press, 2014), & Some Days It's A Love Story (Slipstream Press, 2005). His one act play "Civilization" had its first production in August, 2013 as part of the Artists’ Exchange Festival of One Acts in Cranston, RI. It also had a staged reading in 2010 at The Living Theatre, NYC. “Inheritance” had its debut staged reading at 12 peers theater in Pittsburgh in 2013. “Checkpoint” a one man/one act play was performed at the Willits Shakespeare Theatre in 2013 as part of Scripted: an Evening of Original One Act Plays and “Undone” was also produced Summer, 2011 at The Willits Shake ...more
