About this author

Amy Catanzano is the author of Multiversal (Fordham University Press, 2009), selected by Michael Palmer for Fordham's POL Prize and recipient of the 2010 PEN USA Literary Award in Poetry; iEpiphany (Erudite Fangs Editions, 2008); and an e-chapbook, the heartbeat is a fractal (Ahadada Books, 2009). Her work has appeared in literary journals such as New American Writing, Action Yes, Tarpaulin Sky, Conjunctions, Fence, Volt, Denver Quarterly, Aufgabe, and Colorado Review. Originally from Boulder, Colorado, where she taught creative writing and literature in the Jack Kerouac School of Disembodied Poetics at Naropa University, Amy currently lives in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where she teaches in the M.F.A. program at Chatham University.
