Steven James is a national bestselling novelist whose award-winning, pulse-pounding thrillers continue to gain wide critical acclaim and a growing fan base.

After consulting with a former undercover FBI agent and doing extensive research on cybercrimes, Steven wrote his latest thriller, EVERY CROOKED PATH--a taut, twist-filled page turner that is available now wherever books are sold.

I was so troubled when I wrote The Knight that I had to set it aside for a month or so. However, I think it's worth it. If people see the darkness more clearly they will also see their need for the light, and notice it more when it shines in their lives—even if it only appears as a glimmer at times.(less)

“The gifts of the Master are these: freedom, life, hope, new direction, transformation, and intimacy with God. If the cross was the end of the story, we would have no hope. But the cross isn't the end. Jesus didn't escape from death; he conquered it and opened the way to heaven for all who will dare to believe. The truth of this moment, if we let it sweep over us, is stunning. It means Jesus really is who he claimed to be, we are really as lost as he said we are, and he really is the only way for us to intimately and spiritually connect with God again.”
Steven James, Story

“God dances with the outcast.”

Abigail Richmond Are your books christian? Or at least clean? Have yet to read any, but they look good. I have the Rook and the Bishop, but don't want to read them until I have the whole series.
