About this author

Jane Costello is a former journalist for newspapers including the Daily Mail and Liverpool Echo. Until 2007 she was the Editor of the Liverpool Daily Post, a job she'd held for four years.



Her first novel, Bridesmaids, was a top twenty five best-seller, a Heatseeker number one and was short-listed for the Melissa Nathan Award for Comedy Romance.

Jane's latest novel, The Nearly Weds, follows the story of a jilted bride in the aftermath of the big day that never happened. The heroine, Zoe, finds herself unable to face the pitying looks of her friends and family and flees to the US to work as a nanny, where she finds love, friendship and fun - until her past comes calling.
