Los Angeles native and award-winning author Jeri Westerson writes the critically acclaimed Crispin Guest Medieval Mysteries, historical novels, paranormal novels, and the Skyler Foxe LGBT Mysteries.

Her books have been shortlisted twelve times for a slew of national mystery awards, including the Macavity, Romantic Times Reviewers’ Choice Award, the Agatha, and the Shamus, and her sixth in the series was named Best of 2013 by Suspense Magazine. The Boston Globe calls her detective “A medieval Sam Spade, a tough guy who operates according to his own moral compass.”
