Dear GoodReads Family,

I don't get writer's block much anymore. I used to, but, with a few lifestyle changes, it's become a think of the past.

I find that getting ample amounts of sleep each night, eating a well-balanced diet, and getting a good amount of physical activity is the best way to avoid writer's block.

If you treat your body like crap, don't expect your imagination to produce gold. You body you back what you give it.

Sincerely,
