فرهاد جعفري در هشتم شهريورماه سال 1344 در روستاي شوسف از توابع شهرستان بيرجند به دنيا آمده است.
او روزنامه نگار و فارغ التحصيل حقوق قضايي از دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد مشهد است كه در كارنامه مطبوعاتي خود؛ همكاري پاره وقت با روزنامه قدس در سالهاي 1368 تا 1369؛ با روزنامه توس در فاصله سالهاي 1369 تا 1373؛ سردبيری هفته نامه اجتماعي فرهنگي خاوران در سالهاي 1375 و نيز صاحب امتيازي و سردبيري يك هفته نامه سياسي اجتماعي به نام « يك ...more
