Joe and Anita met in January of 1998 as Joe began a Christian education internship at Vineyard of Faith Ministry in Windsor, CA. The two became friends and grew close while working together on various youth ministry events. They were married in June of 2001. In September of 2006, their son Robbie was born in Denver, Colorado. Between the wedding and Robbie's birth, Joe and Anita spent three years in St. Louis, Missouri so Joe could attend Concordia Seminary. read in July, 2003
Joe said:
"The historical aspect of this book is a delight and is a must read for anybody who wants to know more about the Lutheran Saxons who form the roots of the LCMS. However, Todd's applications into issues of women's ordination are poor.
