Carolyn Turgeon is the author of three novels: Rain Village (2006), Godmother: The Secret Cinderella Story (2009), and Mermaid (2011). Godmother has been optioned for film and Mermaid is currently being adapted for film by writer/director Shana Feste (Country Strong). Carolyn's first middle-grade novel, The Next Full Moon, comes out in January 2012. She lives in Pennsylvania and New York.
