about this author
Here is the link to my book! Here is the link to my blog! Over the past 6 years I have been immersed in the field of massage therapy. My specialty is Trigger Point Release Therapy. The science of trigger points and how they create pain in the body always drew me to research and learn all that I could. The two sciences are intrinsically connected. In 2003, after working exclusively on nationally touring mu...more |

quotes by Lori L. Spencer
"If you live each moment in heart, love, will fill your world. It cannot be seen, only felt and, is by far the greatest gift. So, dance as if no one is watching. Love, as if it were your last day. Be comfortably immersed in the stillness, so you can always be authentic. Smile and be kind. The world will unfold in presents that reach to touch the depth of other's souls. lls"

Hello Christine,
Congratulations on working out and taking better care of yourself. It is amazing what exercise does for the body and mind.
My book is more a culmination of the things I educate my client population. But yes, there is a component of mind over matter in there, because it is a means to reprogram (so to speak) past behaviors. It speaks more to educating the masses on what to do to avoid pain states, as well as perpetuating pain conditions.
Thank you for the mail, as well as the acceptance. I wish you continued success. Be well.
Best,
Lori
Hi Lori,
Thanks for the friend request. YOur book sounds very interesting. I certainly believe in the mind over matter and keeping in shape/harmony as a key to graceful aging. I started running and lifting weights three years ago and now look and feel 15 years yonger than before I began...an new woman!!
Cheers,
Christine London
Hello Jana,
I apologize for the delay of response. I have been working like a crazy person! Thank you for accepting my invitation. I wish you well. Take care.

Hello Daniel,
Thank you so much for adding my book to your to read list. I appreciate that! 7 Best Kept Secrets is a quick read (only an hour and a half), but truly a gathering of all the common misconceptions and behaviors that create and perpetuate pain in the body. It is my work and trials over the last 5 years.
Please let me know when you read it. I always appreciate comments and feedback.
Be well and, all the best to you and yours.
Best,
Lori
