About this author

Ruben Carbajal is a writer who lives in the mouth of the Holland Tunnel with his wife (make-up artist Gayle) and his furry son (Indiana Bones). He’s probably best known for his play THE GIFTED PROGRAM, published by Dramatists Play Service. Other plays include PORTLAND (Published by Next Stage Press), SUBDIVISION (Gorilla Tango Theatre) and THE WOUNDED JOGGER (UMass-Lowell). His one-acts SUICIDE ON SECOND AVENUE, CAR & CARRIAGE COLLIDE and THE BUTTON PUSHERS are part of a collection recently published by Next Stage Press under the title HOLD & OTHER SHORT PLAYS. When he’s not creating works for dying art forms, he’s a freelance scriptwriter for fun places like Fuse TV and the NBA.
