  <about><![CDATA[I grew up in south Florida and had a great time riding 4-wheelers, building forts, and playing manhunt.  When my brother and I weren't running wild through the woods we were on and under the water.  It gave me a great deal to write about.

I've always loved to read, and have wanted to be a writer since I was a little tomboy - ahem, girl...

I love YA fantasy, as well as classics like the works of Alexandre Dumas, and have recently started into Roald Dahl's and L. Frank Baum's books, so we'll have them when my sons get big enough to read chapter books!
