Morgan Simone was born June 6, 1992. Morgan received the inspiration for writing her first novel from experiencing and observing the mistreatment of others. Instead of lashing out, she began to write I’m Still Here. Not only did she began to connect with her characters and grow during the process, she also kept the growing epidemic of intimidation, racism, and torture known by not just adolescents, but adults, as well. She dedicates the book to those who felt as if they were not good enough, not beautiful enough, and just not accepted - because you can still proudly say “I’m Still Here.”
