about this author
Amy Tudor's first book, A Book of Birds, won the Liam Rector First Book Prize for Poetry in 2008 and was published by Briery Creek Press that same year. She is also the author of an award-winning chapbook, The Land of Intention, which was published in 1996. A second chapbook, The Professor of Bees, was recently published by Finishing Line Press.
Amy holds both a Ph.D. in Interdisciplinary Humanities and a M.F.A. in creative writing. She is a member of the Interdisciplinary Core Program faculty at Bellarmine University and lives in the Highlands in Louisville.
