  <about><![CDATA[Jennifer Prado has a degree in Fiction Writing from the University of Wisconsin - Madison (workshopped with Debra Spark and Lorrie Moore) and studied screen writing in New York City at Film and Video Arts. Jennifer has pursued the writing life on and off since 2001, has published widely on the internet, and her essays have appeared in three print anthologies. She is the author the Young Adult magical realism fable, &quot;Latina in Wonderland,&quot; and is donating the author's proceeds to UNICEF. Jennifer was born in Princeton, NJ to professorial parents, and currently divides her time between New York City and South America. She is currently seeking a publisher for a contemporary fiction novel called, &quot;Becoming Brazilian.&quot;
