About this author

Florida author Victor DiGenti has published Matanzas Bay, the first in a series of Quint Mitchell Mysteries under the pen name of Parker Francis. Readers know DiGenti from his award-winning Windrusher trilogy, an adventure/fantasy series with a feline protagonist. As an unpublished manuscript, Matanzas Bay won the 2007 Josiah W. Bancroft Sr. Award, and was named a Book of the Year in the 2009 Royal Palm Literary Awards Competition. He’s a frequent speaker at book festivals and conferences, as well as leading workshops on the craft of writing at the University of North Florida. Matanzas Bay is currently available for Kindle and as a Nookbook, as well as a trade paperback.
