They certainly do Jeannie. Much of my book was inspired by similar circumstances, although I can't divulge all of them. ;-) Thanks for the interest and I hope you get a chance to read it.

Hi Tina Ann and thanks for the add. Your story about Ruby sounds very endearing. I'll have to check it out. My two oldest granddaughters were abandoned by their bio mother. My son has had custody since they were 3 & 4...but blessings come in all sizes and shapes, right?
