Monica Valentinelli is a writer and game designer who lurks in the dark. She writes both original and media/tie-in fiction for online and print.

Recently published stories and games include "The Dig" for THE LOVECRAFT EZINE, "Tomorrow's Precious Lambs" for Prime Books and RIMWARD for Eclipse Phase. She is an Associate Member of the SFWA and an Affiliate Member of the HWA.

In addition to her genre publications, Monica also writes non-fiction and provides guest blogs on sites like BookLifeNow.com and SFWA.org.

When she isn't giving in to her inner wordsmith, Monica is a full-time freelancer and consultant. She is the business manager for cartoonist/illustrator John Kovalic.

S-S-S-S-S-uper Macro! At Olbrich.

Took a break yesterday and went to Olbrich Gardens to see the flowers before they dried up in the heat of summer. Discovered we have a pottery workshop not to far from the house. MORE MESSES! Um… Anyway, here are some pics. (Notice I have a crush on the super macro setting on my camera.) Was lovely to see greenery before the storms today. See also: cleaning my office suxx0rs.
