Lundin gibt dem Leser vier schlichte Handlungsmaximen mit auf den Weg, die seine Arbeits- und Lebenseinstellung revolutionieren könnten: Wähle deine Einstellung (man könnte auch sagen: entschließe dich, das, was du ohnehin tun musst, gern zu tun); spiele (mit anderen Worten: sei kreativ); bereite anderen eine Freude (denn: du wirst dich selbst besser fühlen); sei präsent (d. h.: ganz bei der Sache).<p>  Während Band eins diese Philosophie anhand einer erfundenen Business-Fabel illustrierte, legt <em>Noch mehr Fish!</em> mit wahren Geschichten aus dem amerikanischen Wirtschaftsleben nach -- von den Autoverkäufern, die sich imagewidrig entschließen, ihre Kunden nicht länger über den Tisch zu ziehen und damit ungeahnten Erfolg haben, bis zur Call-Center-Managerin, die auf unorthodoxe Weise Farbe in den einförmigen Servicealltag bringt: &quot;Niemand kann im Voraus wissen, ob ich in Schweinchen- oder Katzenpantoffeln erscheinen werde, ob ich eventuell die Musik zur vollen Lautstärke aufdrehe oder jemanden von seinem Bildschirmplatz wegziehe, um mit ihm oder ihr zu tanzen.&quot; Das &quot;12-Wochen-Programm&quot; für die Umsetzung von Fish im letzten Kapitel liefert einige Übungen und Checklisten, die die Wandlung zum Fish-Anhänger beschleunigen sollen.<p>  Ist das nun banal oder genial?
