A few months ago, I had the privilege of visiting a local
high school in order to talk about success, entrepreneurship, and my personal
journey as a writer. It was an incredible experience, and the kids (erm, young
adults?) were sweet, smart, and hilarious.
Before my visit, each kid was
The main reason for writing a story about hope was the the realization that among the political interested people there seemed to be next to no one who had any personal hope, that there might be a possible future that will not lead to a human or planetary catastrophe.
I believe, that if there is n...
The music industry was once a welcoming place for young unsolicited musicians and writers. But all this began to change in December of 1984, when a musician from Illinois named Fred Sanford took Michael Jackson to Federal court and sued him for copyright infringement. Two years earlier, Sanford h... Read more of this blog post »

SPOILERS for the SONG OF ICE AND FIRE BOOKS by George RR Martin. And possibly for the show.
Don’t say I didn’t warn you.
I’m concerned about a possible upcoming plot twist on the TV show GAME OF THRONES. I guess it is my favorite TV show — the only one I watch live, and I usually rewatch it a coupl...Read more of this blog post »

Lately I've noticed a lot of erotica riddled with ridiculous anatomy descriptions. Personally, when it comes to genitalia, I think the classics are where it's at. I'll never complain about reading "cock" or "pussy" in erotica. Recently, I've come across things like "meat pole" and "sex tunnel". I... Read more of this blog post »

As many of you will know, after a moderately long lifetime (it’s my 57th birthday today!) of reading everything that came my way and writing copious stories and poems, I finally bit the bullet and published my debut book, ‘Silver Lightning’ last September. I thou...Read more of this blog post »
Het is hier alweer even stil, sorry daarvoor!

I’ve been busily writing away the next book in the Ludus series, and just had to share a snippet that features Marc – The Gamekeeper. This novella will be told from the Point of View of Cash, and for the other half of the book – Marc.
About Marc …

It’s been a while since I shared my work status and I hardly shared anything about the new book, except for the work-in-progress shots, but I’ll keep that till after the current chapter; ch31, is all out.
It’s scary how fast the year is flying by. It saddens me just a...Read more of this blog post »
Somewhere around age twenty-seven, I quit caring about what people think of me.
I mean, not totally. I’m not so “take me as I am” that I proudly walk around without pants, or refuse to shower, or pick my nose in public and dare somebody to question me.
I still color my premature gray...Read more of this blog post »

When I arrived in Washington, DC for Police Week, I expected the airport to be full of police officers and that the crowds would part in appreciation of them.
